Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of battlebrosroyale.com (the "Site"), operated by Luke Andersen. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Independent fan project

BattleBros Royale is an independent, non-commercial project made by fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any other game or its creators or rights holders. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of, and do not use or distribute, any other game's proprietary assets, artwork, or code.

2. Informational, and in development

The Site shares news and collects interest for a beta. The game is a work in progress. Features, artwork, release windows, and any dates shown may change, be delayed, or be cancelled at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the game will be released or that you will receive beta access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or sign up.

4. Waitlist and email

By signing up you consent to receive emails about the beta and launch. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in any email or by contacting support@battlebrosroyale.com. Provide an accurate email you are authorized to use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false or automated signups or anyone else's information without permission; do not scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its database; do not transmit malware; do not use the Site unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

Except for third-party names referenced descriptively, the original content we create for this Site and project (our code, text, layout, and original artwork) belongs to us. These Terms grant you no license to it.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luke Andersen and the project's contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Luke Andersen and the project's team from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will update the effective date above when we do.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.
